Patrick L. Ryan filed for arbitration and a continuance in lawsuit with client

Patrick L. Ryan prolonged litigation with a former client that sued him.

These archived documents are filings for arbitration and for a continuance concerning arbitration.

According to Ryan's former client, who sued him for the return of an unearned retainer, Ryan intentionally sought to prolong the litigation.

Courts in Philadelphia repeatedly ruled against Patrick Ryan.

But Patric Ryan appealed the judgements in favor of his former client.

Finally, after protracted litigation, Ryan's former client failed to appear in court stating it was a "waste of time."

The court then dismissed the case due to the plaintiff's failure to appear.
