Allen, 3 other House of Prayer members surrender to begin jail terms

The Rev. Arthur Allen Jr. and three other members of the House of Prayer church turned themselves in at the Fulton County Jail at about 10 a.m. this morning.

The men said nothing publicly as they walked into the jail. Family members and supporters accompanied them to the jail.
