Banned cult leader William Kamm claims Jaidyn Leskie's killers are about to be caught.

In the latest twist in the bizarre Jaidyn saga, Mr Kamm has sent a series of e-mails to Jaidyn's mother Bilynda Williams. "I have some news for you regarding your son, Jaidyn," he told her in a recent e-mail.

"His murderers will be arrested soon -- as they will attempt to kidnap two young children again, but this time they will be caught.

"Once this happens they will confess."

He told Ms Williams the Blessed Virgin Mary had told him about the imminent arrest of Jaidyn's killers.

In an earlier e-mail he named Jaidyn's kidnappers as Ben and Stephanie. Mr Kamm said Ben and Stephanie lived in a Moe caravan park and he told Ms Williams what the registration number of their car was.

Jaidyn disappeared from Moe in June 1997. His babysitter, Greg Domaszewicz, was acquitted of murdering 14-month-old Jaidyn the following year. Ms Williams was initially heartened by the contact from Mr Kamm as he described himself as a Catholic leader.

The Herald Sun has since told Ms Williams about Mr Kamm's background and she now wishes he would stop harassing her.

Mr Kamm -- along with the Australia-wide Order of St Charbel cult he heads -- was outlawed by the Catholic Church in 2002.

Mr Kamm is on bail awaiting trial for the alleged sexual assault of two teenage followers.

The girls were aged 14 and 15 at the time.

Ms Williams said the e-mails from Mr Kamm had distressed her.

"I just had the seventh anniversary of Jaidyn's disappearance to cope with and could have done without him harassing me with false claims," she said.

Mr Kamm, who is based at Nowra in New South Wales, referred requests from the Herald Sun for an interview to his lawyer.
