"I am so glad that you guys took the time to post this stuff up online. I attended Palm Lane in Arcadia for about eight months before it closed down. All I can say about it, is that it was pure hell. My education, mental health, and physical health all suffered due to my time spent there. I will never forget the public humiliation and abuse I endured there. Robert O'Brien's wife even went so far as to cut my hair as a punishment. You can imagine how devastating this would be for a teenage girl. I want to thank you for putting this stuff up to educate others to the unfair treatment that occurred there, and the way you used the word 'survivor.' That wording enables people to see the true colors of this place."
