ABC News KTRK, Texas/June 13, 2011

Hardin, Texas - The so-called psychic who called in a tip to authorities about bodies buried in a Liberty County home will not face charges. That tip turned out to be false.

According to Liberty County officials, there was no criminal intent in the tip, which is why no legal action will be pursued.

It was Tuesday of last week when investigators converged on a home on County Road 2049 on the tip. Sheriff's deputies, Texas Rangers and the FBI showed up. The story gained national and worldwide attention.

According to investigators, the so-called psychic's first tip came in once Monday night. They went out to the home and found nothing.

A tip came in again on Tuesday with more specific information, as if the caller was familiar with the property. So on Tuesday, investigators obtained a search warrant, and when they went in, they did not find any bodies.

The couple who lives at the home are long-haul truck drivers who are out of town. Their daughters also live with them.
