We worked from 9:30 AM until 8:00 or 9:00 PM, with only a 20 minute lunch break. We were yelled at and witnessed others being verbally and physically abused. My boss said several times 'I'm going to rip your throat out.' We worked in the heat, nowhere to go to the bathroom or get a drink of water. They say to just ask strangers to be invited into their homes. I often sat alone in bad neighborhoods waiting to be picked up, where I could have been raped or assaulted. As for paychecks, I never saw one. Some guy flew in and paid us in cash. I think groups like this are like a cults that brainwash people. My boss would flaunt large amounts of cash. He made a huge profit, but all we got was $5.00 for each subscription sold."
