Thank you for the materials you sent us at William Tyndale College regarding Keith Edward Tolbert.

As far as I know, he has never been officially affiliated with the college. There has not been another conference sponsored by ARC help on our campus since 1990.

I would appreciate your contacting us if the name of the college appears again in association with Mr. Tolbert.
