Alamo attorney withdraws from criminal case

Texarkana, Arkansas - A federal judge is allowing a Florida attorney for convicted evangelist Tony Alamo to withdraw from Alamo's criminal case.

Phillip Kuhn said in a motion to withdraw that that he and Alamo had a dispute over the "proper, efficient and ethical" way to represent Alamo. Kuhn says the problem has been solved and he will continue to be involved in Alamo's civil matters and those of the ministry and Alamo's followers.
