A self-styled religious leader accused of encouraging one of his followers to hide a corpse on her toilet for months is due back in court.
Alan Bushey's attorney, Thomas Steinman, has filed a motion to move the case out of Juneau County because of publicity.
A judge is expected to consider the motion at a hearing Tuesday. Prosecutors say Bushey told his follower, Tammy Lewis, to keep 90-year-old Magdeline Alvina Middlesworth's dead body on Lewis' toilet.
Middlesworth was another member of their sect.
According to a criminal complaint, Bushey told Lewis god would bring Middlesworth back to life.
Prosecutors alleged they both wanted to go on collecting Middlesworth's social security.
