Re: Transfer of domain names
Dear Matthew:
Greetings. I hope that perhaps you are feeling better about me and our organization. We appreciate your taking down the websites. However, in order to insure that this does not recur, we need for you to transfer your ownership of the three domain names yogaville.com, integralyoga.com, and integralyoga.org to Satchidananda Ashram - Yogaville. The necessary forms to do this follow.
You need to sign and date on the second page, at the bottom by the check marks. Then you need to have a notary complete page 3. You then need to return the signed and notarized forms to me by overnight mail, FedEx or UPS. We will then complete transfer of the registrations.
The above will not cost you anything, and it will not subject you to any legal liability. In fact, if you cooperate in this way and return the signed and notarized documents to me promptly, I can represent to you on behalf of the organization that it will not pursue any action again you either civilly or criminally based on your use of the domain names, websites, and your fraudulent emails, for acts done by you to the date hereof.
Your signing this will also help to heal the situation between and among yourself, your family, your sister and I, and the organization. We are now brothers-in-law. You may or may not like that at this point, but it's a fact, and I am willing to let bygones be bygones and do what I can to try to heal the situation. Let us forgive and forget. Your father is taking this approach, and I hope that you might consider it also. I also want to sincerely apologize if I hurt your feelings in any way when you were here. It was a tense situation all around. Hopefully nothing like this will ever happen again.
Catherine and I are well and wish you all the best. If you have any questions, please send an email to her address.
Thanks for considering this. I look forward to better days ahead.
Sincerely,
Larry M. Gross
